Budget and Savings: A service agreement helps a company budget for its telephone operating costs. If a major system failure occurs, the monthly service agreement would cover such an occurrence instead of a costly unplanned system failure.

Peace of Mind: Knowing that your business telephone system is covered can give assurance that if anything does happen to your system, it is covered and it will be back up and running smooth without costly repairs.

Faster Response Time: As a service agreement holder, you receive 4 hr priority response time for service. If another call was received by a non agreement holding customer the maintenance customer would receive priority handling.

Telephone Support: Call us and we will give you over the phone support. Non maintenance customers are billed $35.00 for every 15 minutes.

  • We are an authorized distributer of Avaya IP Office, Legacy Nortel & Norstar as well as NEC telephone systems.  We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your added security. Your service agreement covers you fully on all parts and labor, and gives you an annual software upgrade.

  • Datacom Solutions Ltd service agreement will provide you with remote maintenance, telephone support and emergency on site response. The agreement provides you with 4 hour major alarm response time and 8 hour minor alarm response time.
  • Customers with service agreements take priority over a non maintenance customer.
  • Your Datacom Solutions Ltd agreement includes an annual on site technician visit to assess your systems.

  • The bottom line to you is reduced administration, unsurpassed commitment to your communication needs and a greater level of service that can’t be matched.

  • Need help programming a telephone? Part of your agreement covers an certain amount of monthly remote or telephone support. Non maintenance customers are billed $35.00 per 15 minutes of remote support.
